Coal maps 1 through 17 show locations of underground coal mines in the following Indiana counties at a scale of 1 inch equals approximately 1 mile: Vanderburgh, Warrick, Perry, Gibson, Pike, Dubois, Knox, Daviess, Sullivan, Greene, Vigo, Clay, Owen, Vermillion, Parke, Fountain, and Warren. Coal maps 18 through 35 show locations of surface coal mines in the following Indiana counties at a scale of 1 inch equals approximately 1 mile: Warrick, Spencer, Perry, Gibson, Pike, Dubois, Knox, Daviess, Martin, Sullivan, Greene, Vigo, Clay, Owen, Vermillion, Parke, Fountain, and Warren. These maps have all been formally reviewed.
